Code of Conduct

French Wedding Style is owned and operated by Leanis Pty Ltd A.C.N. 665 359 151 of Balcatta, Western Australia and provides an online directory of premium French wedding venue accommodation and experiences, and we want you to create unforgettable memories. 

 As a guest at any of the listed properties must respect the wedding property and abide by their codes of conduct.

Booking Process

1. You understand that you need to contact venue providers directly to book your wedding with them. 
2. We provide the online directory of French Wedding venue options but do not actually provide any venue or accommodation services ourselves. 
3. Please be aware that none of the venue providers or their staff will ask for your login details or password, either by email or phone. 
4. We do not handle credit card transactions and you must process this through a separate banking institution provider. All international currency differences, conversion fees or rates are your responsibility and not ours. As you can appreciate international currencies fluctuate on a daily basis. We display venue pricing in Euros. Please ensure that you convert any pricing into your local currency equivalent when setting your wedding budget. Please also factor in additional currency conversion fees that may be applicable, the cost of international travel generally (for example, all relevant visa’s, permits, COVID and vaccine programs). These costs are you costs, and are not included in your venue hire, or service provider quoted fees and expenses. 
5. Please be courteous and polite in your interactions with all of the wedding venues and other wedding service providers in the French Wedding Style community. Each are premium service providers catering to the wedding industry, but they will each also have other responsibilities and running other functions. 
6. Unless you negotiate with the wedding venue, accommodation or service provider that your booking is exclusive, please be aware that other weddings, functions and special events and services may also be undertaken at the time of your wedding event/s. Please be patient. If you wish to have exclusive use of a venue or service, you will need to pay for this, and specifically arrange this, yourself, with the wedding venue or service provider. We cannot promise exclusivity. 
7. All accommodation must be paid for in full directly to the wedding or accommodation provider. We do not accept bookings or take or hold deposits or payments on behalf of any of the French Wedding Style providers. 
8. By booking your wedding, accommodation and experiences, you agree to the wedding venue and provider’s rules of conduct. 

General Roles and Responsibilities

1. You agree to be responsible for your own safety and wellbeing. You warrant that by proceeding with a international wedding booking, you must ensure that you and your guests are physically, financially, emotionally, and psychologically suitable for this type of activity. You remain wholly responsible for your decision to participate. 
2. Please be respectful of the wedding venue and accommodation providers property, equipment and surrounds. In many instances you will be celebrating your wedding on curated lawns and impeccably cared for gardens. You are not permitted to roam freely at the venues and must remain where permitted at all times. You must not damage any property, plant or equipment. 
3. Any animals, and plants, at any wedding venue or that may be present as part of any wedding activity must not be handled, fed, picked or watered without express permission from the property owners. 
4. You must consult with the wedding and accommodation venues directly if you would like to bring your own pets. Please understand if pets are not permitted. All international and domestic travel, together with all insurances and vaccines or other health requirements of your pets, are expressly at your own cost and risk. 
5. Please remove all rubbish and belongings from wedding venues and accommodation, unless stipulated otherwise in the venue or accommodation terms and conditions. 
6. No fires are permitted without express permission from the property owners. Please confirm with the wedding venue providers if smoking , vaping or e-cigarettes are permitted at the venue or on any particular property. This is important. Historic buildings may be protected and be ‘smoke free’ venues. You must enquire directly with the venue about any restrictions that may apply. 
7. Please respect the privacy of other wedding parties and guests to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. Any noise or music must be kept to a reasonable volume at all times so as not to disturb other guests. Noise and Music restrictions must be adhered to at all times. Please contact the wedding venue or service provider directly to seek information on these restrictions before you book. 
8. Any behaviour that creates a dangerous situation and may cause injury or damage to property will be reported to local police. 
9. You must comply with all directions from the wedding, accommodation or other wedding professionals or service providers, including any workplace health and safety requirements. Please remember that these are luxury, often regional, and fundamentally historic buildings, gardens and surrounds. Please tread lightly in all that you and your guests do.  
10. If you do not agree with images, audio, video footage of your event being used by the venue or any service provider, including us, then it is your responsibility to ensure that this information is given to the appropriate person or business before your event. 11. Governing Law – This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Western Australia, Australia and the parties agree to submit disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement to the courts of Western Australia.
