About the Venue

Located in the scenic Aude region of southern France, Chateau du Puits es Pratx is a former Napoleon III wine estate that has been transformed into a premier destination wedding venue. Surrounded by its own vineyard and ornamental gardens, the chateau retains its historic charm while offering modern comforts. The ancient wine hall, repurposed as a reception room with a bar, adjoins a stunning inner courtyard perfect for wedding banquets beneath the night sky. The venue is just 15 minutes from Narbonne and is conveniently located close to Carcassonne and Beziers airports. Additionally, guests have easy access to attractions like the Canal du Midi, Mediterranean beaches, and charming local towns including Lézignan-Corbières and Carcassonne​.

Château du Puits es Pratx offers comfortable and versatile accommodation for up to 50 guests in an idyllic setting surrounded by vineyards and gardens. Guests can choose from a variety of options, including a Bridal Suite with a private balcony, 17 double rooms, and 3 twin rooms, with additional single and twin beds available for families. Each room is thoughtfully designed, blending the historic charm of the 19th-century château with modern amenities. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, private bathrooms, and serene views of the gardens or vineyard. Additional accommodations nearby can host up to 80 guests.

The Château features a wide array of amenities designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Guests can
unwind in the large heated swimming pool or organize on site massages, wine tasting, cycling tours,
canal boat tours and much more. There is onsite parking, free WiFi, pet friendly accommodations,

Getting there

With numerous airports available: Carcassonne, Beziers, Perpignan, Montpellier, Toulouse, Barcelona
and Marseille, each with direct trains to Narbonne, getting to the Château couldn't be easier. The
Château team can organize group transport, either by Taxi, mini-bus or coaches for the whole
group.
