Château de Lacanaud, located in the scenic wine region of Dordogne, Southwest France, is a luxurious and historic venue built in 1748. Set within 20 acres of stunning grounds, including formal gardens, terraces, lakes, and woodland walks, it offers a picturesque setting for weddings. 

For weddings, Château de Lacanaud provides a romantic and unique experience. The venue features various beautiful locations for ceremonies, such as the infinity pool, the lake, the courtyard, and the woodland trails. Each wedding event can be uniquely tailored, with options for hosting the wedding breakfast in multiple scenic spots. The château also offers experienced wedding planners to help with every detail, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable celebration. Accommodation:
Château Lacanaud provides luxury accommodation across two distinct properties: the Main House and the Coach House. The Main House can accommodate 15 guests in six beautifully appointed, ensuite bedrooms, offering a blend of French elegance and modern comfort. The Coach House, perfect for smaller groups, sleeps 8 guests in four bedrooms. Both houses are centrally heated for year-round comfort, and guests have access to spacious kitchens, living areas, and several private terraces. With picturesque views over the estate's gardens, lake, and surrounding woodlands, guests are treated to an exceptional stay in the Dordogne countryside.

The property features a heated 12x6 meter saltwater infinity pool with stunning views of the estate's lake, providing a serene setting for relaxation. Outdoors, there are over ten dedicated terraces, ideal for al fresco dining or quiet contemplation. Guests can explore the expansive 20-acre estate, which includes formal gardens, walking trails, and woodland areas. For recreational activities, there is a variety of equipment such as bicycles, table tennis, and boules. Getting there

From Paris: Take a flight from Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Orly (ORY) to Bergerac Dordogne Périgord Airport (EGC), about 1.5 hours. From Bergerac, it's a 25-minute drive to Château de Lacanaud. Alternatively, take a TGV train from Paris to Bordeaux, then a regional train to Bergerac, followed by a short drive.

From London: Fly from Heathrow (LHR), Gatwick (LGW), or Stansted (STN) to Bergerac Dordogne Périgord Airport (EGC), about 1.5 to 2 hours. Château de Lacanaud is a 25-minute drive from Bergerac Airport, offering convenient access for international guests.
