From Paris: The quickest route to Chateau Villarlong is by train to Carcassonne, followed by a short drive. Alternatively, you can fly to Toulouse and then take a direct train to Carcassonne. Renting a car is highly recommended for the final leg of the journey.

From London: Traveling from London is most convenient via a direct flight to Carcassonne during the summer months. From there, it's a short drive to the chateau, making it easily accessible for international guests. Renting a car is suggested to fully enjoy the scenic drive through the French countryside.

Pricing and Packages

Venue Hire Package Includes:

- A three-course welcome dinner on Friday, a brunch on either Saturday or Sunday, and a light lunch or dinner on Sunday for up to 60 guests. For any additional guests staying at the chateau (up to a maximum of 65), there is an extra charge of €100 per person for the package.

- The package also provides a complimentary two-night stay for the bridal couple to inspect the site, available outside of the high season, including breakfast.

- Final cleaning of the apartments is included, though this does not cover the outdoor areas, the “Grange,” the “Préau,” or repositioning outdoor furniture. If an apartment is left in an excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee of up to €100 may apply.

- We advise using an external caterer for the main wedding meal or any large gatherings, as the restaurant's kitchen is limited in size.
