Deposit and cancellation terms vary across the cohort. Most properties run a 30 percent non-refundable deposit at signing, with the remaining 70 percent on a phased schedule. Force-majeure terms differ; couples should read the cancellation clause carefully and consider wedding insurance covering venue cost.
